It was a nice quite location. I decided to stay somewhere in South Carolina during my Smokey Mountains vacation because I had never been to that state before (or North Carolina) before this trip. On a quest to be in all 50 states in my lifetime, only got 2 left! I wanted to see Spartanburg and I wanted a room with a jacuzzi, because I knew I’d have sore muscles from all my hiking . The hotel served its purpose. I don’t get a chance to use the pool. I would have if I had more time.

Everything about our stay was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was hot and plentiful, with a decent variety of choices. The staff at the front desk were friendly, even talking to and joking around with our kiddos. She was great! I also enjoyed the price that we paid for the room we booked! I was pleasantly surprised and thankful that we were able to get an exceptional stay at a price we could afford!

Staff were friendly and overall accommodating The Bed was ok and our room stayed cool. The clerk at the front desk gave our guests a better room when we checked in, since it reeked of smoke and was not properly prepped.

The location was convenient for what we were in town for. The breakfast was good. The rooms were comfortable and the staff was helpful and kind. We will most likely stay here again since we are in the area often.

Loved having the tub to soak in, it was very clean and comfortable. The clerk working the desk was very sweet and I enjoyed talking to her.
